As a courtesy voteswap.ca provides some facilities for their use, developing the privacy, front page and code documentation for GPL python code (similar to the release of the Vote Swap Canada 2011 facebook app PHP code under GPL). This is to ensure that common policies are pursued as much as possible to build the credibility of the vote swapping movement.
