Voteswap.ca has no fulltime staff, will never have fulltime staff and is prevented in its own mission and charter from changing these to ever allow itself to have any fulltime staff.

No donation will ever be spent on fulltime staff salaries, only on competent proven contractors.

Fulltime staff organizations have reliably failed to bring us electoral reform of any kind, and at this point donating to them simply upholds the status quo in which they are paid to fail.

We encourage those who donated to Fair Vote efforts to donate to us instead of to them. For more input on our mission including this wiki you may edit Voteswap_Canada:About, a power that no fulltime staff organization will ever give you, because they want to be paid to edit.
